This page explains how to delete your Balancier account and the data in it. It applies to the app published as 'Balancier' on Google Play, operated by Amrood.
If you still have the app
Open Balancier.
Go to the menu, then Security & privacy.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Sign in with Google again if asked.
Everything is erased immediately and you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app
Send an email to support@amrood.uk from the email address of the Google account you used, with the subject 'Delete my Balancier account'. We will reply to confirm it is you, and we will delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner). You can also install the app again, sign in and use the steps above.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account and profile (name and email).
All your entries, receipts and attached photos, stock and stock movements, orders, invoices and payments, accounts, budgets, monthly bills, saved phone numbers, sharing settings and staff list, and your saved AI key.
People you shared with, or staff you added, lose access.
What is not deleted
Records that belong to another person's business (for example entries you made as their staff) stay with that owner.
Google keeps its own technical logs and short-lived system backups for a limited time under its own rules. We keep no copy of your records.
Data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
